Je m'appelle Sophie et aujourd'hui, je suis seule pour le déjeuner. J'ai décidé de préparer un repas simple mais délicieux. J'ai commencé par faire bouillir de l'eau pour des pâtes. J'ai choisi des pâtes de blé entier pour un repas plus sain.
